ABOUT
Dyt. Elif Akça, 2022 yılında Haliç Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümü’nden mezun olmuştur.
Eğitim süresince çeşitli kurumlarda gönüllü ve zorunlu stajlar yaparak mesleki tecrübesini pekiştirmiştir. Lisans tezini “Bağırsak rahatsızlığı olan bireylerde laktoz ve glutenli ürünlerin tüketim sıklığı ve etkileri” üzerine hazırlamıştır.
Mezuniyetinin ardından iki farklı özel klinikte kilo yönetimi ve obezite odaklı danışmanlık hizmetleri vermiştir.
Şu anda kendi kliniğinde; kilo yönetimi, diyabet, insülin direnci, metabolik sendrom ve hastalıklarda beslenme alanlarında bireysel danışmanlık hizmeti sunmaktadır.
Güncel bilimsel verileri esas alan, kişiye özel beslenme planlarıyla hem online hem de yüz yüze hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir.
